Global Walk to D’Feet ALS/MND:
All delegates to the International Symposium on ALS/MND are invited to participate in this Global Walk to D’Feet ALS/MND to raise awareness of ALS/MND.
Delegates are asked to gather at 6:00 pm for a 6:15 pm start at Elizabeth Quay Carousel. The walk will end here too. The walk route is along the waterfront and fully accessible.
You can bring a t-shirt from your countries ALS/MND Association or your international Alliance of ALS/MND Associations t-shirt to wear for the walk which will really showcase the diversity of our community globally. (MND Western Australia T-shirts will be available for purchase on the day).
The focus of the walk will be awareness and it will be broadcast from the Alliance page on Facebook live. However, if you would like to treat it as a fundraiser, please have people make a donation to the ALS/MND organization of their choice.
Following the walk, walkers are invited to attend the Cytokinetcs reception in the Summer Garden commencing at 7:00 pm.
